Terms of Service

1. Cyberbullying and harassment

We don’t tolerate cyber-bullying or harassment. We allow you to speak freely on matters and people of public interest, but forbid content that appears to purposefully target private individuals or groups with the intention of degrading or shaming them. This content includes, but is not limited to:
 
  • Revealing someone’s personal information (doxxing);
  • Deliberately posting content in order to humiliate someone;
  • Making hurtful and negative comments/articles/videos about another person;
  • Maliciously recording someone without their consent;
  • Unwanted sexualization, which encompasses sexual harassment or sexual bullying in any form;
  • Incitement to harass other users or creators.

2. Hate speech

We don't permit hate speech and will remove any content involving direct verbal abuse of individuals or groups. We do not allow violence or hatred against others based on certain attributes, such as:
 
  • Ethnic origin
  • Race
  • Racial origin
  • Nationality
  • Religion
  • Disability
  • Illness
  • Age
  • Gender
  • Gender identity
  • Sexual orientation
  • Veteran status

3. Impersonation

We’ don’t allow impersonation of a channel or an individual. We’re strongly opposed to impersonation with the intention of deceiving or defrauding others.
 

4.Threats

We will review all reports about threatening speech to remove any credible threats that endanger the public or any individuals. Content that makes threats of serious physical harm against a specific individual or defined group of individuals is not allowed.
 

5. Child endangerment

We have a zero-tolerance policy for sexual content involving minors. Content involving violence, pornography or sexual bullying is not allowed, including:
 
  • Sexual content involving minors;
  • Content promoting sexual exploitation of the minors;
  • Content involving violence or on-campus bullying against minors;
  • Graphic content involving abuse of the minors.

6.Nudity and sexual content

We don’t permit sexually explicit content. Content that contains nudity or other sexual content may be allowed if the primary purpose is educational, documentary, scientific, or artistic, and it isn’t gratuitously graphic. But the following content is forbidden:
 
  • featuring sexually suggestive or provocative body movements or outfits;
  • featuring explicit exposure of sex organs；
  • Clips of films or TV series featuring sexual content;
  • excessive literal descriptions about sexual behaviors, intercourse and sex positions

7. Violent or graphic content

We hope all Viral-Dating members will be responsible for what they post. If the violence shown in your videos, posts or content is particularly graphic, please make sure to post as much information as possible in the title and tags to help viewers understand what they are seeing. We don’t allow:
 
  • violent or gory content that’s primarily intended to be shocking, sensational or disrespectful.

8. Harmful or dangerous content

We do not allow harmful or dangerous content, in case that some viewers might follow suit or feel uncomfortable. Content that we regard as harmful or dangerous promotes:
 
  • self-injury or suicide;
  • terrorist activities or organized crimes;
  • other harmful or dangerous content.

9. Spam

We’re constantly working to keep Viral-Dating a friendly, open and clean platform free of spam such as:
 
  • untargeted, unwanted or repetitive content;
  • shopping links or download links of pirated online resources;
  • purchase of unregulated goods.

10. Deceptive practices, and scams

Some users create content which attempts to trick others for their own financial gain. Content that deliberately tries to mislead users for financial gain will be removed. In such content, there might be:
 
  • fake or fraudulent messages;
  • information that is detached from facts;
  • titles or tags that hardly reflect the content itself.

11. Copyright infringement

We’re devoted to protecting the Intellectual Property of our users, both individuals and groups. Therefore we don’t allow our users to post content infringing on the Intellectual Property of others. You are prohibited to:
 
  • use copyrighted works without permission of the owners;
  • use trademarks without permission of the owners;
  • use video links without permission of the video owners.
